Mr. Gray has played as principal cornet in a number of successful brass bands across Britain notably obtaining world number one ranking with the Leyland Brass Band. Mr. McCann is a highly regarded cornet player and conductor and has been presented with The Iles Medal in recognition of his services to the brass band movement.
