Preamp and pickup The Yamaha LS-TA TransAcoustic comes equipped with Yamaha’s System 70 preamp providing the ability to plug the guitar into a PA system or amplifier while also amplifying the natural sound of the guitar itself. A Piezo pickup transmits every vibration the strings articulate directly to the actuator then emits it from the body of the guitar creating an authentic reverb and chorus inside the body of the instrument.
