The SS-CDR250N enables the recording of MP3 and audio CD formats directly onto a CD through a slot-loading transport. It also features parallel and RS-232C serial control. With up to 20 tracks of flash start, balanced and unbalanced I/O, and coaxial digital I/O, this compact one rack-space media solution is highly versatile.
Further specifications include solid state recording capabilities on various media such as CF, SD/SDHC, USB Memory, CD-R and CD-RW. It allows for recording in MP3 audio CD format or conversion of WAV files to audio CD. The one-rack-space compact design ensures easy integration into any setup.
Additional features include the ability to flash start up to 20 tracks using RC-20 and RC-SS20 remote control devices. The recorder also supports PS/2 or USB keyboard connection for file name editing, transport control, editing, and flash start functionality. Coaxial S/PDIF and AES/EBU (Auto-detect on Input) digital I/O options are available.
To cater to different playback requirements, the SS-CDR250N offers multiple playback modes including continuous, single, programmed, and random playback. It also provides playback speed control without pitch alteration.
The recorder can be controlled via RS-232C serial control, and its I/O options include XLR Balanced, RCA coaxial, S/PDIF, and AES/EBU digital I/O.
