Clear and Resonant Sound The diatonic soprano glockenspiel has an extremely resonant sound. The accurately constructed steel bars create an in-tune and resonant sound. All the bars have been labelled with their corresponding note making them perfect for learning and performing. The bars sit on a rubber plate which maintains resonance and deletes any unwanted overtones. The carved wooden box includes three chamber boxes which give a full bodied sound throughout the range of the glockenspiel. On the box is also a space for three spare chromatic bars as well as two holes for the included pair of beaters. Everything You Need This glockenspiel has everything that you need to playing straight away. The spare Bb and F# bars allow the instrument to be played in the keys of C F and G. When not in use the spare bars can be fitted in to the side compartment for easy storage. A pair of rubber ended beaters have also been included with the package so that you can begin playing the glockenspiel straight out of the box.
