The Shure GLXD4R+ is a rackmount receiver for wireless systems. Compatible with the rest of Shure’s new GLXD+ range, this receiver uses new dual-band wireless technology to scan for the cleanest possible channels within two digital frequency bands for stable and interference-free performances at all times. Its rack-mountable chassis makes this variant perfect for installation in venues, houses of worship, and conference halls. The GLX-D+ system also provides automatic pairing between transmitters and receivers, making it incredibly convenient for traveling performers or events with rapid turnarounds – simply plug in and perform! This receiver includes two detachable antennae, further enhancing its signal stability and reducing dropouts.
The all-new dual-band technology is a new development for this revised system. The GLX-D+ family operates in both 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz wireless frequency ranges. Both digital and license-free in most countries worldwide (please refer to the included map for exceptions), this new design more than doubles the available bandwidth this system has to find a clean, clear channel for the best sound quality and stability feasible. This system will automatically scan to find a suitable channel when turned on, without you needing to press a button. Not only that, but the system will select backup frequencies to jump to if interference does unexpectedly appear, keeping your show running smoothly, clearly, and without dropouts.
The package includes 1 x GLXD4R+ Receiver, 1 x PS43 Power Supply, and 1 x Rack Mount Hardware. The features of this receiver include rack-mountable wireless receiver for Shure’s GLXD+ wireless systems, operates in both 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz wireless frequency ranges for broader bandwidth, automatically selects backup frequencies to switch to in case of sudden interference, instantly pairs to transmitters for quick and easy setup, rack mountable design for easy storage and transport, and removable and adjustable dual antennas on the receiver for excellent signal stability.
