The transmitter has several features including a half-rack stereo design, a full-metal housing, and an OLED display for easy control. It allows for easy and flexible wireless synchronization between the transmitter and receiver through infrared technology. The SR IEM G4 is also compatible with Sennheiser’s WSM control software, which enables flexible frequency allocation. The transmitter’s specifications include wideband FM stereo modulation with an MPX pilot tone. It has a frequency range of 863MHz – 865MHz and a maximum of 1680 receiving frequencies that can be adjusted in 25kHz steps. It offers 20 frequency banks, each with up to 16 factory-preset channels with no intermodulation, and 6 frequency banks with up to 16 programmable channels.
