The Sennheiser EW-DX SK is a wireless bodypack that has a 3.5 mm jack connector and is compatible with Evolution Wireless Digital systems. It can be used for up to 12 hours and has a persistent E-Ink display, charging contacts, and a rugged metal housing made to go the distance. Plus, it is compatible with most Sennheiser lavalier and headset microphones.
The EW-DX system itself is a digital UHF system that can be scaled with ease. It has AutoScan which allows for quick and easy setup and deploys frequencies with equidistant channel spacing. As well as this, Sennheiser has provided a range of tools including Control Cockpit, Wireless System Manager, and Smart Assist App so you can monitor and control your system remotely.
Simplify your wireless workflow. The EW-DX SK makes it easy to transmit signals wirelessly. The built-in function buttons make it easy to control straight from the bodypack – including a button lock function so settings aren’t accidentally changed while in use. As well as this, the persistent E-Ink display means you can always see what settings you have been using – even when changing batteries; useful for keeping track of different wireless bodypacks.
Thanks to Autoscan, you can set up your wireless system too. At the push of a button, you can get multiple transmitters set up at equidistant frequency intervals; great if you want a super-scalable system to work with. And as well as this, there are a wide range of Sennheiser apps you can use to manage and control your wireless setup – great if you are looking to configure a large system.
