Sennheiser EW-DX Dual Wireless System with MKE2 and 835-S S1-10 Band
The Sennheiser EW-DX Dual Wireless System with MKE2 and 835-S is an expandable high-performance wireless system. Consisting of two transmitters – one handheld and one bodypack, a lavalier microphone, a stationary rackmount receiver, Sennheiser’s 835-1 dynamic microphone capsule, and two batteries, the EW-DX Set is a capable and versatile wireless system ideal for installation in venues.

Offering up to 12 hours of battery life from a single charge from each of its included rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, this wireless system is perfect for larger venues putting on long shows or big events like music festivals and conferences.

Sennheiser’s new EW-DX systems feature cross-compatibility with their prior Evolution series wireless systems, as well as a range of new features that make them stand out. Wireless control via Sennheiser Smart Assist app for mobile and tablets lets you adjust things on the fly in the venue, while deeper software customization on their Control Cockpit and Wireless Systems Manager via PC or Mac let you prepare your sound before you get to the venue.

Utilizing a newly developed audio codec, SePAC, and enhanced conversion, improves the sound of this system, providing more headroom, dynamic range, and eliminating audible artifacts for utter clarity.

New and improved technology
The EW-DX system is a new step forward for their digital UHF technology. Advanced features, simple and easy workflow, and reliable sound quality combine to make a professional system that’s expandable and well-suited to everything from modest live music venues to gigantic arenas and festivals.

Easy control
Sennheiser has developed the new EW-DX system to be as simple, customizable, and easy to use as possible. Auto Scan automatically assigns channels to each transmitter and receiver in your system with even tuning to prevent interference while offering as much space for channels as possible. Utilizing deep software control from mobile via the Sennheiser Smart Assist app or deeper control and customization from the Sennheiser Control Cockpit and Wireless Systems Manager on the computer.

Stable transmission and clear sound
Sennheiser has spent time developing improved dynamic range and minimal latency to ensure that their EW-DX systems sound clean, clear, and responsive. They didn’t stop there either, as this new range features their own proprietary audio codec, SePAC, and brand-new conversion to make sure your audio is accurate and full. Plus, Intelligent Switching Diversity allows switching of antennas between audio frames to eliminate artifacts.
