Connectivity options The M-1610 Pro provides a range of user-friendly features for seamless integration in studio live and broadcast. Input and output TRS jacks provide alternative connections to the D-Sub inputs and D-Sub outputs. Other connectivity options include redundant network ports and a headphone out for monitoring with quick access buttons for source selection and volume. Slick visual display The internal routing matrix provides visual controls over all channels side by side. Capable of visualising up to eight AVB streams the coaxial and optional optical MADI ports all analog I/O and the ADAT outputs. This allows for flexible routing and visual feedback between the 272 inputs and 298 outputs. Delivering low delay The M-1610 Pro is able to offer ultra-low converter latency with deterministic AVB networking due to configurable network delay lowering to 0.3ms. This allows the M-1610 Pro to deliver samples from multiple devices simultaneously at incredible speeds. These can be time-aligned with nanosecond accuracy across an entire network. Professional quality conversion The AD and DA filters have been carefully optimised for different sampling rates. These offer RME’s signature ‘transparency’ with a truly accurate untouched sound. Combined with SteadyClock FS RME’s ultra-low jitter digital technology the conversion to and from analog is professional studio-grade.
