The preamp even allows you to connect a microphone, giving you the option to blend your pickup’s signal for a more natural sound. You can also add effects from your FX loop and tailor them to your performance using the dedicated wet/dry knob. The footswitch is fully adaptable, allowing you to assign boost, FX loop, or both.
Other notable features of the Tonebone PZ-Pro include the ability to assign the FX loop to input A, B, or both, as well as the option to blend FX into your dry input sources. It also includes a three-position switch, variable control, and high pass filter for removing unwanted frequencies.
The preamp has a semi-parametric 3-band EQ, allowing you to dial in your desired tone. It also offers full control of volume for each input channel and features 180-degree polarity reverse switches for correcting phase issues.
