PreSonus Temblor T8 Active Subwoofer - Nearly New
The PreSonus Temblor T8 Subwoofer offers high-quality components and design for controlling the low-frequency foundation of your mix. It has plenty of inputs and outputs as well as extensive user controls that allow for seamless integration into your setup. The T8 provides two sets of inputs, balanced 1/4 TRS and unbalanced RCA, making it compatible with PreSonus BT-series active speakers and home stereo speakers.

The Temblor T8 Active Subwoofer is a great companion to the Eris™ and Sceptre™ active reference monitors and Ceres BT-series active speakers. It complements full-range monitors without overshadowing them, extending the reach of your full-range system’s low end in a musical and natural way. It is suitable for various environments, including personal studios, gaming setups, audiophile systems, and home theaters. The T8 features an 8-inch glass-composite driver, a rear-firing bass-reflex acoustic port, and a 200W Class AB amplifier.

The extensive user controls of the Temblor T8 include input gain and a continuously variable lowpass filter. These controls allow you to create a seamless crossover transition between your full-range studio monitors and subwoofer, optimizing your listening environment. The subwoofer also has a switchable highpass filter that removes frequency content below 80Hz from the signal sent to the main monitors, preventing destructive cancellation and reinforcement in the subwoofer’s upper range. This makes the T8 compatible with a wide range of studio monitors.

Key features of the T8 include the 8-inch glass-composite low-frequency transducer, rear-firing bass-reflex acoustic port, input gain control, continuously variable lowpass filter, built-in crossover, and switchable highpass filter. The amplifier power is 200W peak (100W RMS), and the frequency response is 30Hz to 200Hz. Other specifications include signal-to-noise ratio, THD, power consumption, amplifier type, peak SPL at 1m, woofer size, cabinet construction, and various user controls.

The inputs and outputs of the T8 include balanced 1/4 TRS and unbalanced RCA options. The subwoofer also has protection features such as RF interference protection, output-current limiting, over-temperature protection, and turn-on/off transient protection. It also includes a subsonic filter and an external mains fuse.

Overall, the PreSonus Temblor T8 Subwoofer offers high-quality performance and versatile features for enhancing the low-frequency response in your audio setup.
