The 5.6mm 7-ply tom shells offer exceptional warmth and resonance whilst the slightly thicker 7.2mm 9-ply undrilled bass drum ensures fantastic punch and volume. The tom shells boast the original Genista 6mm under sizing on their diameter. This design ensures an easier and more accurate tuning experience whilst guaranteeing unparalleled clarity and definition. All Genista shells are precision cut and feature a 45-degree bearing edge which helps to further increase attack resonance and sustain for optimum sound performance. The tension lug design is a favourite feature for many drummers from the original Genista series. The Genista Maple returns to its roots offering larger lugs. All castings have been retooled from the original factory drawings for maximum authenticity performance and aesthetic.
