The FX Select feature introduces a new effect selection menu for both Main and Touch FX, enabling quick and easy effect selection via the touchscreen. The update also brings Flex Gate FX, a revamped gate effect with various types that sync to the track’s phase, replacing the Auto Gate effect. Additionally, Numark Engine DJ devices now have the option to switch between Isolate and Normal mixer EQ types. This release also includes numerous stability enhancements and improvements.
For Engine DJ Desktop users, the update has improved downbeat detection capabilities for greater accuracy in identifying a track’s first beat. To utilize this enhancement, tracks will need to be reanalyzed in Engine DJ Desktop. Lastly, this version also brings various stability enhancements and improvements to provide a smoother user experience.
Access millions of songs instantly with Amazon Music and more: Building on the success of the original Mixstream Pro DJ Controller, Mixstream Pro + features deep integration for music streaming services, including Amazon Music Unlimited. Utilizing the built-in WiFi connectivity, the Mixstream Pro+ allows you to access over 100 million songs directly from the controller, eliminating the need for a laptop/computer.
As well as providing integration with Amazon Music Unlimited, the Mixstream Pro+ allows you to access the most popular music streaming services, including Tidal, Beatport LINK, Beatsource LINK, and Soundcloud Go. Got a request? No problem, you can simply search for the song from any of the compatible streaming services and incorporate it into your set. You can also sync your music library via Dropbox, so you have full access to your song collection. The streaming feature is perfect for last-minute changes and curating playlists on the fly. Not only that, but the Mixstream Pro+ also features connections for physical media, including two USB inputs and an SD Card slot. You can export your entire music library of playlists to a USB drive or SD card using the Engine DJ desktop software.
