The drum shells come fitted with SONIClear Bearing Edges, which allow the drum head to sit completely flat and provide maximum contact and response. This technology also ensures effortless and consistent tuning and expands the tuning range. The SONIClear hardware used on the rack tom mounts and floor tom legs increases resonance by preserving vibration in the drum heads and shell, while preventing energy transference to the hardware. This allows the hybrid shells to sing with excellent resonance and a full tone. The Birch/Maple/Birch hybrid shells produce crisp cutting sounds balanced with a deep warm tone.
The SONIClear tom suspension and floor tom feet offer maximum resonance, while the SONIClear bearing edges provide great tuning stability and a stronger drum sound. The minimal contact hardware allows the natural tone of the drums to be heard. The Night Sky Burst lacquer finish adds a striking appearance to your stage shows. The configuration of the shell pack includes a 22″ x 18″ bass drum, 14″ x 5.5″ snare drum, 10″ x 8″ and 12″ x 9″ rack toms, and a 16″ x 16″ floor tom.
