The Kenton GPIM16 GPI To MIDI Converter features 16 GPI inputs arranged on two 9 pin D sockets allowing it to output MIDI messages as notes controllers (CCs) or program changes. GPI To MIDI The GPIM16 allows your GPI-equipped devices to be easily integrated into MIDI setups. The inputs are arranged with internal pullups so that shorting that input to ground will send the appropriate MIDI note-on message and releasing the short to ground will send a note-off message.
