JBL 306P MKII Studio Monitor Studio clarity and power The latest in the LSR series from JBL refining the original design and adding a range of new features and enhancements. The 6-inch active bi-amplified design ensures optimal audio performance with dedicated custom Class-D amplifiers providing 112W of power both the HF and LF range. Comprised of a long-throw 6-inch woofer for a powerful defined low-end the monitor is ready for action. The 1-inch Neodymium tweeter provides sparkling detailed highs. Redesigned circuitry and application of the latest manufacturing principles results in improved sound performance resulting in an immersive stereo field and a broad sweet. The accuracy and clarity it produces captures every nuance of your source audio. It utilises the patented Image Control Waveguide from JBL providing exceptional clarity and a wide room-friendly sweet spot. The result is a crisp transparent sound that is ideal for mixing and mastering applications giving you a true representation of your sound that will translate to other mediums. New boundary EQ settings One of the new features of the 306 MKII is the inclusion of Boundary EQ settings. This gives you the ability to further attenuate your unintended low end frequencies which can occur when the monitor is placed on a desktop or near a wall. This allows you to change the way the monitor responds for optimised audio performance even in confined spaces. This is accompanied by a 3-position HF trim switch for adjusting the high-frequency response for added attenuation control. Being able to tune your monitor to your room is integral to getting that studio sound. Sleek design versatile connectivity Building on the success of the original LSRs JBL has retained the same stylish and sleek aesthetic as well as ensuring maximum reliability. The 3-series monitors have to pass JBLs demanding Power Test. It also boasts flexible connectivity allowing you to use the monitors with audio interfaces and more. Balanced XLR and 1/4-inch TRS inputs allow you to communicate with a wide range of equipment from interfaces to mixers and more. The inputs also feature adjustable sensitivity allowing you to select between +4dBu/-10dBV for optimised audio performance and signal integrity. JBL LSR310S 10-inch Powered Studio Subwoofer Packing a punch So much power your control room might start feeling like a live room. The class D amplifier provides 200 watts of bass power. That gives you a maximum peak sound pressure level of 113 dB. Thats about as loud as a live rock show. If you need more than that in your control room you need to get your ears checked. Extensive connectivity Great bass for any studio. With a -10dBV/+4 dBu sensitivity switch a variety of sound sources can be used as the input to the subwoofer without issue. The balanced XLR and 1/4 inputs and XLR outputs offer ample connectivity for use in the studio or even as part as a large surround sound rig.
