On one back of the instrument are the outputs – a 3.5mm jack output for connecting to amps a 3.5mm mini-jack for use with headphones plus a 3.5mm mic input. The battery compartment for the preamp is located in the back of the instrument and this requires a PP3 (square) 9v battery to operate.
