Garritan Instant Orchestra is a library for producers who need a certain orchestral texture or mood instantly. This library contains many common and effective combinations of instruments you may often see in orchestral music – allowing you to instantly unlock the sounds you desire. Also included are various orchestral effects that will enhance the character of your music. You can blend between different orchestral textures creating smooth transitions between moods. This library uses the ARIA player also used by Garritans other libraries. ARIA Player is a free software that can either run as a standalone program or as a plug-in (AU VST or RTAS) in DAWs sequencers or notation software. This makes Garritans libraries ideal for many musicians whether you are a producer in a studio or a live performing musician. ARIA player also features Endless Wave technology for efficient streaming of samples from the hard disk. Please Note: This product comes in the form of a digital download code that will be sent to your email for activation.
Presets for all occasions The library is organised in three ways allowing you to find the patch you need as easily as possible. The first is orchestral combinations and groups this is simply common instrument groupings that are effective and common in many types of orchestration. The second is special effects these are often comprised of unique combinations of techniques or extended techniques that arent usually possible to create with normal orchestral libraries. These are brilliant for film TV and game composers. The third category is mood-based Ensemble Presets these patches have a descriptive name allowing you to quickly add these to your productions. ARIA Player integration Each Garritan library has its own unique integration with the ARIA Player. Garritan Instant Orchestra allows you to alter certain parameters in your patches to achieve the sound you need. You can use the mod wheel to blend between different patches allowing you unparalleled expressive control. Microphone placement can be altered within the stereo space to suit your production. ARIA also supports Scala files so you can alter the tuning system of the virtual instruments. You can play in historic temperaments or use non-Western tuning systems for your music. There is an inbuilt reverb in ARIA which allows you to add space to your sounds. Mixing sends for each instrument allows you to control the amount of reverb individually. The convolution reverb allows you to place your sounds in various sampled spaces such as a cathedral a film score space or a variety of concert halls.
