A vibrant, smooth, and detailed vocal sound. Easily adapting to your RE3-HHT handheld transmitter body, the ND96 head gives you great performance with astounding flexibility and power. The dynamic supercardioid vocal microphone head threads-on to your Electro-Voice handheld transmitter and is perfect for when you want your voice to shine. The precisely tuned capsule delivers crisp and balanced vocal presence with a smooth and detailed sound.
The microphone head contains a large Mylar diaphragm, which delivers a rich and detailed frequency response. The large surface area provides tonal balance and has a very fast transient response. It also features a Memraflex grille, which is made of durable light mesh grille-wire that can withstand a lot of rough treatment. And thanks to its hydrophobic cloth membrane, ND86 head prevents moisture and debris from damaging the diaphragm itself.
