Vibrant and clear. The Electro-Voice RE3-HHT76 Handheld Wireless Transmitter gives you a solid combination between professional performance and intelligent features. With a high-performance ND76 microphone head atop the transmitter, the RE3-HHT76 lets you deliver a performance to remember. Whether you’re blasting out vocals or delivering a speech, this mic gives you excellent isolation as well as a crisp, clear, and balanced sound.
The transmitter boasts a rugged all-metal body and is powered by two AA (alkaline or rechargeable NiMH) batteries. Syncing the transmitter with your receiver is quick and easy thanks to an intuitive ultrasonic sync function. With a wide selection of frequency tuning options, you can avoid a diverse range of potential interference sources. And with a commonly-used coupling convention, adapting your favorite microphone heads for use with the transmitter is a breeze.
ND76-RC3 Wireless Microphone Head: Easily adapting to your RE3-HHT handheld transmitter body, the ND96 head gives you great performance with astounding flexibility and power. The dynamic cardioid vocal microphone head threads-on to your Electro-Voice handheld transmitter and is perfect for all-round vocal applications. The precisely tuned capsule delivers a crisp and balanced sound for vocals and speech with excellent clarity. The microphone head contains a large Mylar diaphragm, which delivers a rich and detailed frequency response. The large surface area provides tonal balance and has a very fast transient response. It also features a Memraflex grille, which is made of durable light mesh grille-wire that can withstand a lot of rough treatment. And thanks to its hydrophobic cloth membrane, the ND76 head prevents moisture and debris from damaging the diaphragm itself.
Versatile Handheld Transmitter: Robust and reliable, the RE3-HHT combines professional performance with a lightweight and ergonomic design. With a commonly-used thread pattern (1.25 diameter 28 UN-2A thread pitch) for coupling microphone heads, you can easily adapt a wide variety of microphone heads to fit the transmitter to suit your needs. The transmitter itself boasts a robust and durable all-metal body, providing excellent reliability in even the most demanding of environments. The RE3-HHT is also extremely easy to power, using two AA alkaline or rechargeable NiMH cells. You can also take advantage of an intuitive ultrasonic sync function, enabling you to sync your transmitter to your receiver with precise frequency tuning alongside other functional data. You also have plenty of frequency tuning options available, allowing you to avoid a plethora of potential interference sources. Plus, with handy charging contacts, you can use your transmitter with NiMH batteries (not included) and recharge them with ease using the Electro-Voice BC2 charging station (not included). This lets you charge your batteries without having to remove them from the transmitter itself.
823 – 832MHz and 863 – 865MHz Wireless Bands: The 863 – 865MHz band is license-free across most of Europe, ideal for any small-scale application such as bands or public speakers who just need one channel without paying a license fee. For larger organizations or applications where a license may be required for insurance or other monitoring purposes, licenses for the 823 – 832MHz band are available from local authorities in many countries. Please see the attached PDFs for further licensing information. In every case, this information acts only as a guide. Please contact your local licensing authority if you require a license or further information on licensing in your area.
