The BOSS “TU” line has long been known for its reliable and accurate tuning capabilities. Now, with the introduction of the TU-10, this famous tuner prefix has been given a new twist. Unlike traditional clip-on tuners, the TU-10 boasts a sleek design and sturdy body, along with high-performance features borrowed from other BOSS tuners.
One standout feature of the TU-10 is its “true colour” LCD display. This innovative feature provides a full multi-colour visual experience, unlike anything seen before in clip-on tuners. In addition, the reflection-display function greatly enhances visibility.
The TU-10 also includes the Accu-Pitch function, which allows for flat tuning up to five semitones, as well as Stream mode. These features, combined with the stylish design and durable construction, make for a tuner that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
The specifications of the TU-10 include a tuning range from C0 (16.35 Hz) to C8 (4186 Hz), a reference pitch of A4 (436 to 445 Hz), and a tuning accuracy of +/- 1 cent. The display modes include cent display, stream display, and flat tuning. The tuner is powered by a CR2032 lithium battery, with an expected battery life of approximately 12 hours in color display mode and 24 hours in monochrome display mode.
