Some key features of the ATM350D include its low-profile microphone design, providing unobtrusive mounting with minimal visibility. It delivers a crisp, clear, and well-balanced microphone response, even at high sound pressure levels (SPLs). The cardioid polar pattern reduces pickup of sounds from the sides and rear, providing excellent isolation of your desired sound source.
The UniMount drum mount included in the kit features a unique spring-loaded mechanism that attaches securely to a drum lug, while providing excellent shock resistance for the microphone. The rugged UniMount 5″ gooseneck rigidly holds its shape, maintaining accurate microphone positioning even during aggressive play.
The in-line power module is equipped with a switchable 80Hz high-pass filter for controlling undesirable low-frequency ambient noise. The ATM350D also offers the option of interchangeable elements for hypercardioid and omnidirectional polar patterns (these elements are not included in the kit and must be purchased separately).
The kit also includes a drum mount with a hook-and-loop fastener for additional mounting options.
