The Korg Opsix SE is a special edition version of the now iconic Opsix Altered FM Synthesizer featuring expanded polyphony a new revamped look and a 61-note keybed with aftertouch for fluid playability and added expression. It also comes complete with a boutique-style hard case which keeps the Opsix SE protected whilst on the move. Building on the success of the original design the Opsix SE retains all the features and performance controls that made the original a modern-day legend; with advancing sound shaping capabilities at your fingertips. Basing its design and toplogy around vintage synthesizer the Opsix SE takes FM synthesis to the next level with six operators three LFOs and an onboard step sequencer. With eleven different filter types to choose from (including classic MS-20 and Polysix style filters) you can shape your sound with absolute precision. The built-in screen features a spectrum analyser and an oscilloscope turning your sounds into visuals to aid you in your sound design journey. For when you hit a creative block you can simply hit the die-shaped icon and the Opsix SE will generate a totally random sound in an instant – perfect as a starting point or creating new presets. The ergonomic layout features a wide range of controls including faders and rotary encoders so you can get hands-on with your sound design. The new and improved all-metal design features robust metallic knobs for effortless adjustments.
