Hollow body Hofner The ignition club is constructed with a full hollow-body design utilising a spruce top and flamed maple back and sides the full spectrum of sound is covered. The maple earths the tone with a full-bodied foundation offering a tight together low end with a compact mid-range and exceptional harmonics within the high-end all of which the spruce top reinforces with its own tonal characteristic. Absent of f-holes the projection of the instrument is still preserved but the resonance is elevated to new heights.
