Built-in analog compression with three presets
Whilst the original Apogee Jam had different tone settings, the Jam X features an onboard analog compressor with three different presets to choose from. Providing the means to shape your clean tone, the Jam X utilises analog compression with three different levels of compression. The three modes are comprised of: Smooth Leveler, Purple Squeeze, and Vintage Blue Stomp. Each mode represents three varying stages of compression ranging from subtle to extreme.
Blend mode – zero latency performance
When recording, latency can affect your performance by delaying the way it records your playing. Using the built-in Blend mode, the Jam X allows you to record with zero delay, allowing you to get in the groove and stay in the pocket. For when you want to listen exclusively through your virtual amp software, you can deactivate Blend mode with a simple click.
24-bit/96kHz audio fidelity – studio-grade sound quality
Apogee utilise their custom PureDIGITAL connection to deliver superior sound quality. The integrated AD/DA converters deliver pristine high-definition sound.
