The Sennheiser EM-XSW 2 Stationary Receiver is part of Sennheiser’s XSW series. The Sennheiser XSW 2 series true diversity wireless receiver is an all-in-one receiver that is designed for music, theatre, and speech applications. It is specifically designed to be paired with XSW series transmitters and microphones. The receiver has an easy-to-use design, with automatic frequency management and synchronization via remote channel.

Its rugged metal housing with detachable external antennas ensures durability and reliable signal transmission. It offers eight frequency banks with twelve preset channels in each. The receiver also allows for manual tuning of 960 frequencies and features true diversity reception.

The receiver has a detailed front-panel display that provides information on operating frequencies, active channels and banks, RF and AF levels, and transmitter battery status. It operates at a frequency range of 548MHz – 572MHz (Sennheiser A Band).

Other specifications include a double superheterodyne receiver principle, sensitivity to AF frequencies, a frequency response of 50Hz – 16kHz, and output voltage at peak deviation. It has balanced and unbalanced audio output sockets, adjustable audio adjustment range, switchable line/mic level, adjustable squelch, and a rugged metal housing.
