The Sonor Benny Greb 13 x 5.75 Aged Brass Signature Snare is the latest design by renowned German drummer Benny Greb in collaboration with Sonor. Its 1.2mm brass shell is a true favourite of Bennys as it emits a strong powerful attack with tons of snare sensitivity. The brass snare also features a new innovative dampening system consisting of two dampeners aptly named “the sheep” and “the felt”. They are applied directly to the underside of the drum skin from inside the shell via two adjusters located on the outside of the shell and they make for unique tones ranging from big and open to intricate and funky. Topped off with an aged brass shell finish with vintage tear drop lugs the Benny Greb Signature snare certainly turns heads and impresses both the drummer and their audience.
