A Pultec-style EQ features three bands with centre frequency gain and Q-factor controls letting you adjust the full sonic landscape from sub-lows to shimmering highs. The Pultec-style design makes it ideal for adding smooth low-end bumps and a natural top end without excessive boom or harshness to drums pianos or bass guitars. Based on classic SEM-style design the low and high-pass filters are ideal for classic electronic sound design to build tension along with sculpting of traditional instruments. Give vocals room to breathe with a high pass by removing excessive muddiness or removing the sharpness of overhead cymbal microphones. A proprietary VCA-style compressor offers a transparent and punchy tone for any instrument in your mix. A switchable side-chain detection lets you internally process your gain reduction against other audio sources in your mix without the need to use third-party plug-ins. The saturation module includes four unique modes and controls for your harmonic level and overdrive amount perfect for adding crunching and saturation to any sound! Choose your path Having multiple options for parallel signal routing Bus FORCE allows you to completely customise your signal path for your mix or track. Each signal path can be affected in different ways before being mixed back together to suit your taste. Three paths are provided including Dry Comp and Sat each one being uniquely configured through the modules onboard. With Path Blend you can choose how much of each path you want to include in the output signal enhancing your entire signal path with output clipping for added excitement! Its not just the path blend that you have access to you can customise the signal paths entirely by removing and re-routing modules as you see fit. With a total of 36 possible routing combinations you can move any module to where you need! Try exploring with EQ into compression or filtering into saturation the choice is yours.
