The SLXD2 transmitter, which combines the classic Beta 58 capsule with advanced wireless technology, offers authentic Beta 58 sound. It securely transmits audio over a range of 100 meters and establishes a rock-solid connection with the receiver in seconds through one-press IR sync. The transmitter features a mini LCD screen and intuitive controls for easy navigation between group/channel frequency, battery runtime, and more. It also has a lock mode to prevent unwanted button presses during performances. Additionally, the interchangeable mic capsule allows you to customize the transmitter to suit the performer, and Shure offers a range of sound signatures to choose from.

The SLXD2 transmitter can provide 8 hours of use with a pair of AA batteries. However, Shure’s rechargeable technology offers even more convenience. The optional SB903 lithium-ion battery provides a run time of 10 hours, and the transmitter displays the remaining battery life. There are various charging options available, including the SBC10-903 Single-Battery USB charger and the SBC203 Dual Docking Station, which allows for charging with or without the transmitters. The charging time is only 2.5 hours for a full charge, and a 15-minute quick-charge provides an hour of use in emergencies.

The SLX-D receivers are designed for hard touring and are virtually bullet-proof.
